Self-Deception Question

Question: In what ways are you deceiving yourself?

This is a tough question to answer, but a worthwhile exercise as our conscious mind sometimes plays a mental shell game and we attempt to ignore the evidence. We can be very good at fooling ourselves at one level, even if we know something does not actually conform to reality.

Integrity means being whole. This above question will force you to see if your thoughts, words, and action are really aligned. To make course corrections, it is necessary to answer it truthfully, even if is painful to admit some things are not as you would prefer them to be. Use the reality principle and find out in what areas you are trying to fool the most important in the world: you.
