Coaching Service Refunds

Individual one-on-one coaching services and personalized small group coaching programs provided by telephone, internet, or in person, are all backed by a full 60 Day ‘No Hassle, 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee’. Due to the nature of these bespoke coaching services, satisfaction and success issues need to be identified promptly to maintain a healthy client-coach relationship as well as to insure that coaching sessions provide positive outcomes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the coaching that you have purchased and would like a refund, just contact us during the first sixty days of this coaching engagement and we will issue a prompt and courteous refund. This 60-day review period begins on the date of the first coaching session. No refunds are provided after the review period has ended.

Product Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a physical or digital product you have purchased and you would like a refund, just contact us within one full year from the date of purchase and we will issue you a prompt and courteous refund. Cancellation of Memberships or Subscriptions

In addition, if you have subscribed to one of our membership programs or subscription sites and are being billed monthly, you may cancel at any time and your membership will end on the last day of the current membership month and will you not be billed again for future months.
